Returns: You have 30 days to return items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email customerservice@festiebestiellc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of your refund status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, contact customerservice@festiebestiellc.com.

Final Sale Items: Halloween costumes, accessories, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygienic reasons, face jewels, glitter, cosmetics, and opened hosiery are also final sale.

Shoes: Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged box. A 20% restocking fee applies if the shoe box is damaged (e.g., if taped or labeled directly).

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is denied, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.

Returned Packages: Packages returned as "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise will incur a 20% restocking fee.
